Master Suite has king bed, 40" flat screen TV, walk-in closet and master bath with double sinks and roman walk-in shower. Separate guest suite on other side of living area includes a full bath, bedroom #2 with two twin beds, 24" flat screen TV and closet and bedroom #3 which is set up as an office and includes a comfortable queen futon and a closet stocked with all of the bedding.
Fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, pantry and cozy breakfast nook that seats four. Separate dining area that seats six. Separate laundry room with new front load washer and dryer. Enclosed lanai with ceiling-to-floor sliding panels, a dining table and extra seating to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks in the tropical setting. Living room includes recliner, a comfortable couch, two matching chairs with ottoman and an entertainment center with a 55" flat screen TV. This home comes with Wi-Fi and cable, with access to multiple streaming apps, so bring your passwords to enjoy Netflix and your other streaming services. Enjoy the convenience of the front door keypad.
This designer home is in an ideal location, very close to the popular Havana Country Club for dining, entertainment and drinks. You are close to golf courses, Colony Plaza, Colony Recreation Center, Seabreeze Recreation Center and multiple smaller rec centers including your neighborhood pool just a couple minutes away. The Recreation Centers offer swimming, pickleball, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard and a multitude of classes for you to enjoy your current interest or to try something new! And you are minutes from the nightly live entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square.
Temporary Resident ID's are an additional purchase from The Villages for $50/couple. Temporary Resident ID's provide access to the fun activities in The Villages including free golf at the executive golf courses (small fee if you use a golf cart, additional fee to golf on the Championship courses), all pools (except the country club pools), pickleball, tennis, clubs and recreation center activities.

Rental amount is required to reserve your date. Balance of rental amount along with security deposit and tax are due 90 days prior to arrival. We accept cashier's check, Venmo and Zelle.
