Welcome to our new 2/2 Patio Villa "The Place to Be" located in highly sought after neighborhood of Richmond (less than 5 minutes from Brownwood Square). There are 2 recreation centers - Clarendon and Richmond with adult and family pools, pickleball, tennis, platform tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, picnic pavilion, and exercise equipment. If you are ready for some nightly entertainment, you are located close to Brownwood Paddock Square. All you need to pack are your cloths and toiletries and enjoy all the amenities.

* 50% of first month Rent + $1,000.00 Security Deposit due within 3 days of booking.
* Balance of Rent due 45 days prior to visit. *Time permitting* All rates based on a two (2) person
occupancy.
* Additional 10% will be added to the rent for each additional person monthly.
* In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit will be kept. Rent paid will be refunded ONLY if the
house can be re-rented at the same rate AND the exact same dates.

Cost of rent is all inclusive. Includes all utilities, water, cable, internet, and lawn maintenance.

Monthly Rates runs from the first day of the month to the last day of each month.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.

The security deposit will be refunded, less a $250 cleaning fee, within 30 days of departure after the end of rental period and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished).

* Second Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with large closet.
* Spacious well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, blender,
toaster, coffee maker, george forman grill, and stainless steel appliances.
* All Towels and Bed lines provided
* Garage has room for 1 car and golf cart
* Laundry sink with faucet in garage
* Backyard privacy wall
* No Pets of any kind are allowed.

* This home is smoke free including E-Cigarettes for the benefit & comfort of our guests. No smoking anywhere in or outside the home.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
