Location is the Village of DeLuna which is a short golf cart ride to Ednas where you can sit and enjoy listening to live music under the many oak trees, share a drink at the bar or outside tables and get a bite to eat at the food trucks. You are also very near the Waterlilly Bridge which takes you to the many restaurants, shops and listen live music at Brownwood Square. Take a drive over the bridge and visit our newest entertainment center of Sawgrass where you can shop or enjoy the indoor food court for coffee, lunch or dinner. Dine at McGradys Restaurant or the just sit and listen to the nightly live entertainment in the center square!
There are many executive and championship golf courses within just a few minutes away by golf cart. Pickleball courts, tennis courts and many public pools to enjoy!!
You can enjoy thousands of activities during the month at our many recreation centers that offer all sorts of classes to entertain you throughout your stay!

A security deposit of $1,000 will be required
$500 pet deposit will be required if a pet is involved with this rental.
Dogs under 20 lbs only are allowed (sorry but no cats will be allowed)
A $200 cleaning fee.
Payment:
First 1/2 of full payment will be required within 7 days of reservation.
The remainder of the payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Cleaning Fee
7% Sumter County Tax will be added to total rental amount

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
