Our wonderful abode fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a beautiful kitchen, with a Lanai for your relaxation.

Living Room - fully furnished with flat screen tv
Master Bedrooms - King size bed, full private bathroom, walk in closet and flat screen tv.
2nd Bedroom - Queen size bed, shared full bathroom and flat screen tv.
3rd Bedroom - Queen size bed, shared full bathroom and flat screen tv.
Lania - Lounge area and patio table

The house is fully furnished with the following:
Fully equipped kitchen
Wash and dryer
Bedding
Linens
Towels

Property taxes, utilities, basic cable TV, local phone service, high speed internet, trash, and lawn service are included.

THERE IS NO GOLF CART, Golf carts available for in rent in The Villages.

Rental Policy:
* No pets allowed
* Renter pays activity fee of $50 (for 2). Payment is due when passes are picked up at Ezell Recreation
* A booking deposit of 50% of the total rent is due within 5 days of booking.
* Booking deposit is nonrefundable if canceled less than 45 days prior to your stay.
* A security deposit of $1000 + the remaining rent is due 45 days prior to your arrival
* A $175 general cleaning fee, plus any damages, will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the lease.
* Remaining security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure after the property has been inspected for damage and an inventory has been taken.
* Based on maximum of 6-person occupancy
* Check-in time: 4 pm
* Check-out time: 10 am
