Welcome to our Home in Citrus Grove. Our home is a beautiful 3 bathroom 2 bedroom Courtyard Villa, close to all the new entertainment venues the Villages has to offer. Step outside our Home and you are a short walk away from the adult pool and a short golf cart ride away from Sawgrass Grove Marketplace, complete with live music at the boxcar stage, Mcgrady's Scottish Pub and the Marketplace indoors with several fast casual eateries, main bar and specialty coffee shop, complete with breakfast sandwiches.

Our home is fully furnished with a 65" smart TV and sectional sofa in the living room, dining table with room for six including the counter stools with King size bed in the master and 50" smart TV Queen bed in the guest suite with 43" smart TV and pocket door closing off the bedroom and bathroom to the rest of the home for privacy for you and your guests. Full size bed in the third bedroom. The master bath features custom closets and an incredible Roman style shower that will have you feeling like you are in a spa. The lanai features a sectional outdoor sofa with ottomans for kicking back and relaxing and a two person outdoor love seat. The house also features a whole house NOVA water filter system.

Enjoy the provided games on the coffee or dining table and have guests on the lanai for coffee or wine. The entrance has a bistro set, perfect for drinking your morning coffee and meeting and greeting the wonderful neighbors on the street walking their pups.

Speaking of your small dog or dogs are welcome at our home. Our enclosed back yard is the perfect size and just a short golf cart ride away at the Homestead Recreation Center is a brand-new dog park for the dog(s) to play and socialize with other Villager pets! We don't charge a pet fee, we only ask that upon checking out, there is no evidence a pet was there including pet hair and odor and a signed pet waiver is required.

We have a two seater Yamaha gas golf cart included with your booking. Signed golf cart waiver is required. We provide a Weber gas grill at our property, please clean in between uses.

Property taxes, utilities, Smart TV's, Wi-Fi, trash, and lawn service, are included.

Rental Policy:

Security Deposit: $750 Cleaning Fee $250

50% of the rental amount is due with the signed lease. The balance of rental amount, tax and security deposit is due 60 days before arrival. The cleaning fee is taken from the security deposit. If rental period is less than 60 days from time of booking, payment, tax and security deposit is due in full upon lease agreement signature. In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit/cleaning fee will be refunded in full. Rent will be refunded less a 15% fee or $300 (whichever is greater) if the house can be re-rented at the same rate and same dates. Trip insurance is strongly advised and can be purchased through a third party.

Rate is for occupancy of 4 people. $15 per guest per night for additional guests. Rental rate does not include 7% Florida tourism tax required on rentals of less than 6 months and 1 day.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
