The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, and glasses and features a spacious pantry.

Tucked away from the kitchen is a large laundry room with a gas washer and dryer. The two-car garage has a utility sink and entrance into the home. Dining room/great room has a large 65" smart TV with you tube and built-in streaming ability to use your apps. for Netflix, Discovery+, Prime etc. The primary bedroom has a TV with streaming ability.

A 2-seat gas golf cart and a Weber BBQ with a full propane tank is included for your use.

Monthly rentals require the addition of 7% Florida sales taxes.

$1000 Security Deposit and 50% of rental due within 7 days to secure your rental. Balance due 45 days prior to start of rental
$200 Cleaning Fee (with pet $250) (1 small dog, sorry no cats)
OPTIONAL: Temp ID Cards $50 (includes 2)

Cancellation Non-Refundable unless unit is rented for the dates of cancelation
