This property is non-smoking and pet-free.
A rental deposit of $750 is due within 7 days of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. Failure to pay balance, cancellation or early departure does not warrant refund of rent.
$150 Cleaning Fee
Owner reserves the right to rent the property to another party if balance is not received on or before the due date indicated.
Rates are based on check-in on the first day of the month after 4 PM and check-out on the last day of the month by 10 AM.
