The outdoor oasis has endless opportunities for fun and relaxation taking advantage of the great Florida weather. The salt water heated pool is crystal blue and has a waterfall for ambiance. The Hot Springs hot tub has several jet options including a chaise lounge body massage along with night time ambient lighting. The entire space is covered with bird cage screen and large covered lanai area. There is a grilling station equipped with substantial size grill, refrigerator, storage drawers and plenty of counter space. Dining table suitable for 6+ guests along with two comfortable recliners facing the TV. Two Chaise lounges are provided for sun bathing or napping under the large umbrella.

Amenities nearby are in abundance as The Villages has so much to offer. It is a 4 minute golf cart ride to the new Sawgrass Grove, 12 minutes to Eastport and minutes to Aviary and Ezell Recreation Centers. There are 2 Publix Grocery Stores nearby along with a multitude of other restaurants, etc. Across the street from the house is access to a walk/bike trails which goes for miles and miles along the Nature Preserve, through neighborhoods leading to Sawgrass and other endless possibilities along your adventure.

Booking Rates and Requirements:
Posted Monthly rates are subject to change without notice.
Monthly rentals only, prefer 2+ months for January-March.
Resident ID provided with a $50 fee, includes access to golf Membership
Rates based on 1-2 person occupancy.
$200 one time cleaning fee due with first reservation payment.
$1,000 security deposit due within 7 days of booking and refunded 14 days after departure -no damages.
Strongly recommended purchasing trip insurance in case of a life event that requires you to cancel the reservation. Refund will only be provided if dates are able to be re-booked by another guest (refund would be less $300 paid)
50% deposit paid within 7 days of booking (check, money order, cash, Zelle with no fees. Venmo or PayPal may require additional fees)
50% Final payment due 60 days prior to check in date.
TV streaming service, trash collection, lawn and pool maintenance, electric utilities and internet are included. Due to heating pool in winter months guests are responsible for a monthly excess of electric bill (amount greater than $300/month)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
