The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Minimum stay 4 nights. 5 percent discount for a week. 10 percent discount for monthly.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
Jan- March 2025 is booked. Rental Policy: January - March has to be booked together.. Full payment due at booking. No pets or smoking. We have a fully equipped kitchen. When you walk in we had all the paper products, soaps, shampoos, waters etc you should need. The screened Lanai has furniture and a gas grill. We stay booked most the time. Nice size yard. Not a kissing Lanai. bedrooms have Queen beds and the third bedroom has twins.
