CANCELLATION POLICY via ""November - April"" REFUND POLICY:
****DUE TO "high season & last-minute available FILL risk ", IF a reservation is cancelled prior to 91 day before occupancy, 50% of monies held are refunded, there are no additional cancellation fees.
***IF the reservation is cancelled anytime during 90 days prior to occupancy, the rent deposit is NOT refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY via ""May - October"" REFUND POLICY:
IF a reservation is cancelled prior to 31 days before occupancy, 50% of monies held are refunded, there are no additional cancellation fees.
***IF the reservation is cancelled anytime during 30 days prior to occupancy, the rent deposit is NOT refunded.
