This is a golfers paradise. Executive Golf is included in your rental. There are 46 Nine Hole Executive Golf Courses/Pitch and Putts. You only pay a trail fee. Championship Golf is available with 14 Country Clubs. Ten have 27 holes and 4 have 18 holes. As a resident during your stay you will pay the resident rate.

We accommodate monthly rentals. Contact the owner for availability of seasonal rentals during the holidays.

2023 Golf cart, streaming TV, Wi-Fi, high speed internet, utilities, trash and lawn service.

RENTAL POLICY:
$750 security deposit plus 50% rent due within seven (7) days of booking. Rent balance plus $250 cleaning fee/set up fee due 45 days prior to rental start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation 46 days or more before rental start date:
The full amount of monies paid will be refunded without interest.

Cancelation 45 days or less before the rental start date:
The full amount of rent paid will be forfeited unless the landlords are able to secure another renter for the same time period. (Deposit and fees will be refunded regardless of whether another renter is secured.)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Visitors are allowed for limited time periods at an additional fee.
