- Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, 1 dressers, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan/light, lamps and a large walk-in closet.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. non-refundable upon cancellation.
Full payment due 90 days before rental date.
Check in 4:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am.
$150 Cleaning Fee
$50 temporary resident ID fee which is needed to enjoy outdoor/indoor activities

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
