$600 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking, non-refundable in case of cancellation.
$250 Cleaning Fee

7% Florida tax is NOT included in the fees. Final payment due 45 days prior to check in, non-refundable unless home is re-rented for same time period and monthly rate.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
