Rental Includes: All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and phone service. An 8% state and county tax will be charged in addition to the listed rent amount.

Rental/Contract Info:
1. Initial security deposit of $1000 and signed contract must be received within 7 days to secure the property for agreed upon time frame. Security deposit includes: coverage of damages, and move out cleaning fee of $170
2. 1/2 of rent due within 180 days prior to rental date.
Remainder of deposit will be returned within 30 days of last day of rental.
3. Cancellations made prior to 60 days of check-in will receive a full refund minus the security deposit. Reservations made 180 days in advance will also receive security deposit back.
4. Village IDs for additional $50 each.
5. Golf Cart Use: $300 extra a month
6. Rental amounts/contract fees are for 2 occupants. Additional occupant/ visitor 1-4 days stay
7. All rentals for less than 6 months are subject to Florida rental tax.
8. Optional SUV rental of $400/month.
Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$170 Cleaning Fee
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
