With the exception of the master bedroom, the entire home is uncarpeted with either LVT or ceramic tile. Comfortable open concept living area with flat screen 50" TV with Internet/Wifi. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. Dining room has a round table with four chairs, and the kitchen island has additional seating for three with bar height upholstered chairs with backs. Inside Laundry. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vertical and horizontal dresser, 50" TV, two upholstered chairs, luggage bench and full size mirror. An attached large walk-in closet, private master bathroom with double sinks, private toilet and shower room with large tiled shower with seat. The guest bedroom contains a queen size Murphy bed, large desk, accent chair, ottoman, printer, and builtins. When not using the bed it can be folded up and the room can be doubled as an office/den. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, 50" TV, and ottoman. Lanai with lots of seating and a coffee table.
Rates: based on double occupancy (2 adults).

Property taxes, WIFI/Internet, trash, lawn care, and all utilities are included.

Optional: $50 Villages Temporary Resident ID is negotiable (not included in rent) 30 day guest passes free. Needed for guest passes: name, address, and birthdates of all tenants. Passes can be picked up at the Fenney Recreation Center on weekdays if owner is unable to get ahead of time and leave in the house.

Rental Policy:
$1,000 security deposit and 50% of rent due within 7 days of booking.
Remaining 50% of rent and $175 Cleaning Fee due within 7 days of move in date

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
