Welcome to Magnolia House! It is a lovely Villa in the Village of McClure (Fenney area) which is in a newer part of the Villages with its many nature trails. The Villa is a super clean newer home with new furniture and luxury plank vinyl flooring throughout. The golf cart and bike/walking paths are separate in this area! It is close to Everglades Recreation Center and Magnolia Shopping Plaza, executive golf courses, family pools, sports pools and many other activities. The neighborhood pool is within walking distance to this home! The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, Keurig Duo (makes a pot or a pod), double sink with garbage disposal, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, water softener, washer/dryer, pots and pans, and dishes. Property taxes, utilities, internet TV, trash, lawn service, and high-speed internet are included. Two temporary resident IDs are available for $50 for amenities including golf and sports pools or FREE guest passes are available for amenities with golf or sports pools excluded. This home is a short golf cart ride to Edna's on the Green where there are food trucks and live music daily overlooking the golf course. There is nightly music at any of the town centers and at the nearby Sawgrass Grove.

Rental Policy:
$750 security deposit (refunded within 2 weeks of departure) $125 cleaning fee, 7% occupancy tax. Rental deposit of 50% is due upon booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Payments accepted by check or money order. Personal checks accepted when booking 45 days or more out. Check in after 4 p.m. check out by 10 a.m. No Smoking in house or golf cart. In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded in full. Trip cancellation insurance is always good, some offer cancel for any reason coverage. A golf cart with a Sunbrella enclosure and retractable seat belts also includes 24/7 roadside assistance and transportation home, for my guests.
