$50 fee for (2) Residential Village ID cards (optional). This card provides access to all the Villages facilities/activities including 36 executive golf courses

Due at Signing:
Security deposit ($1000)
50% of lease due at singing the lease
Remaining 50% due 60 days before move in date.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$250 Non-refundable cleaning Fee ($350 if renting with pets) - deducted from security deposit.
