Your home away from home is less than a mile from Spanish Springs Town Square where there is entertainment 365 nights a year for your enjoyment plus shops/stores, great dining, and more. Enjoy the walk, ride the bike, take the golf cart or your car for a short 5-minute ride to the square. This is a fantastic location - close to everything!
Just a short walk away is the Chula Vista Village Rec Center with a pool, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are also grocery, pharmacy, clothing, and hardware stores, plus numerous restaurants just a few blocks away.
Enjoy this open and airy courtyard villa decorated Florida style! The kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped to include spices, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, coffee pot, and electrical appliances. The dining area seats 4-6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom including a jetted tub with a shower and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Included in the rental: all utilities; trash removal; yard maintenance; high speed internet & WiFi; local phone service; TV in living room (55") and both bedrooms; bedding; towels; iron & small ironing board; hairdryer; WiFi printer; water softener & vacuum. A start up package of paper products/cleaning supplies will be provided at the beginning of the rental. Routine cleaning is the renters responsibility. Daily/weekly cleaning is not included.

The rear lanai is screened with windows you can close to keep out the weather and is a great place for morning coffee or relaxing after a busy day. If you are looking to get a little Florida sun, you can soak up some rays on the patio under the palm trees and enjoy the view of the golf course and open space. The courtyard walls offer privacy and you can warm yourself with the firepit on chilly evenings. There is also a propane grill available for your use.

A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the garage
Golf Cart: 2018 Yamaha 2-person (gas) golf cart (completely refurbished July 2021 including new tires/battery) the golf cart is not included in the rental but is available for your use at no extra charge after reading and signing the golf cart agreement. The tenant/s assume full responsibility for the use and care of the golf cart.

RENTAL POLICY
NO Pets and NO Smoking Allowed.
Security/Damage Deposit: $700 due within 7 days of booking & signing the rental agreement holds your reservation.
Full rental price is due at least 75 days prior to commencement of rental start date.
Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled prior to 75 days of arrival date, security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. If reservation is cancelled between 75 days and 45 days of arrival date, you are subject to a 50% forfeiture of rental funds and/or security deposit. If reservation is cancelled 45 days or less from arrival date or during rental period, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and or security deposit. The home will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid less a $100 admin fee. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.
