This is a newerhome with brand new furnishings throughout the entire home in preparation for rental.

This home has very very close proximity to the new Sawgrass entertainment, restaurants, and Ezell rec center and Southern Oaks 18 hole golf course. It is also very close to the new Homestead recreation center and walking distance to the citrus grove mail/swimming pool facility. The Brownwood Paddock square is a 20 minute golf cart drive away. Magnolia Plaza shopping Center and Lake Deaton shopping center also near by. A trip to the grocery store and liquor store is only 15 minutes away with the golf cart. The new pitch and putt and putt putt in Newell is just a few minutes away

This is an absolute no smoking, no pets home. The floors are ceramic tile and hardwood laminates with the exception of brand new area rugs throughout the home. The garage is set to facilitate your vehicle, as well as a cart that must be kept in the garage when not used. BBQ Grill included

The master bedroom has a mounted 42 inch smart TV and the living room has a smart 65 inch mounted TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest rooms are queens.
Includes new 4 seat electric golf cart. The 25mph golf cart is state of the art lithium ion battery capable of 50 miles on a charge. Simply plugged into the wall at night.


Rental Rates:

Sub leasing unused rooms is not permitted.

To reserve: a Reservation deposit of 50% of total rent and security deposit ($1,000) is due within 10 days of booking. A non refundable cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit.

The remaining balance of the rent is due 60-days prior to occupancy (lease start date). If the booking is made within 60-days of the first date of you stay, then 100% of the total rent and security deposit is due within 10-days of booking.

Rental is non-refundable unless I can rent it out for the same period at the same rate. Check in at 4pm and check out is 10 am. A temporary resident ID is available for $50 (optional). Full security deposit minus the cleaning fee will be refunded within 15 days of departure after inspection of the property.
