If you golf, there is no charge for green fees on any of The Villages Executive golf courses and a discount on all of the Championship golf courses. 2017 Yamaha gas golf cart included in the rental to use for golfing and easy access to the many nearby attractions.
Utilities, cable TV, newspaper, and trash pick up 2 times per week are included.

Rental Policy:
$650 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
