Although my villa usually rents monthly, it is available to RENT WEEKLY.

You will have everything you need to enjoy The Villages in this comfortable, well-furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom patio villa in the Village of St. James. The villa is centrally located between Lake Sumter and Brownwood Town Squares off Buena Vista Blvd. It is close to shopping, gas stations, pools, golfing, recreational centers and all the fun of The Villages.

You can enjoy some leisure time in the screened patio complete with a ceiling fan as well as a table and four chairs so you can enjoy having your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or just simply relaxing. The screened patio allows you to enjoy the Florida weather rain or shine! The gas grill is just steps away for your convenience.

The villa has a sunny, open concept dining area accommodating six at the large table. Its a perfect place to enjoy a nice meal or cards/games.

Adjacent to the dining area is an open living room with a leather couch and loveseat and a mounted smart T.V. with high speed WIFI great for streaming and/or adding your personal apps for your entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast/lunch counter with four stools in addition to a kitchen island with four stools. It comes with all the necessary utensils, everyday dishes, cooking and serving items, blender, coffee pot, tea pot, toaster oven, crock pot and much more to make it just like home. There is an automatic ice maker in the refrigerator. All kitchen linens are provided.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with ample shelves, a laundry basket and many hangers for your unpacked clothing in addition to the dressers in the bedroom. There is a smart T.V. with streaming capabilities and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All bedding and bathroom linens are provided. There is a hair dryer for your convenience.

The guest bedroom has queen bed and a smart T.V. with high-speed streaming services. You will find good storage in a double door closet with a laundry basket and many hangers for your personal clothing. There is a dresser and a chest also for your convenience. All bed linens are provided. The guest bathroom is located just outside the guest bedroom and is a full bathroom with tub and shower. All bathroom linens provided.

The garage has one stall for a vehicle and has an area for the golf cart. The owner's golf cart is parked in the garage, but is not available with the rental of the villa. The washer and dryer are lovated in the garage.

You will have an option to purchase a TEMPORARY RESIDENT ID at $50.00 per couple. If purchased all homeowner amenities will be transferred to you as my guest. The TEMPORARY RESIDENT ID includes NO green fees on any of The Villages executive courses, a small cart fee to use on the course, discounts on championship golf courses and access to all classes. If you don't need the temporary residence pass, free GUEST PASSES will be issued to you as my guest.
