Rental Policy:
50% of Rent + $1000 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking
Balance of Rent Due 30 days Prior to Visit
$200 Cleaning Fee

Check in time: 4:00 pm on first day of the month
Check out time: 11:00 am on the last day of the month

Security deposit less cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remotes, security gate key and mailbox key.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
