Rental Terms

* 50% of rental amount plus a $1,000 security deposit due within 7 days of booking
* Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival
* $250 cleaning fee

Check-In: 4:00 PM on the first day of your reservation

Check-Out: 11:00 AM on the final day of your reservation

The security deposit, less any applicable cleaning fee or charges for damages or missing items, will be returned within 30 days of departure following inspection and the return of all keys, garage remotes, gate access, and mailbox keys.

Community Information

The Villages is a premier active-adult community designed primarily for residents ages 55 and older. Guests under 55 are welcome to visit for limited periods in accordance with community guidelines, and a variety of family-friendly activities are available.
