MASTER BEDROOM: flat screen TV, king size bed with walk in closet, master bath with walk in shower, double sinks & private toilet with pocket door. Bathroom is also equipped with hairdryer & magnifying mirror.

Golf cart rentals are available in the Villages by the day, week or month. You can also rent a cart at the Southern Oaks course for your round of golf.

Property taxes, water, trash, lawn service, pest service, and utilities are included.

The resident ID card is available for the duration of your stay with a $50 payment made directly to The Villages at check-in.

RENTAL POLICY
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1000 to reserve for monthly rentals.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% of the total rent at the time of booking, the balance 45 days before arrival.
CLEANING FEE: $150 (non-refundable).

CANCELLATIONS
Bookings cancelled 60 days before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit. Bookings cancelled 45 days or less before the start of the lease will surrender the reservation deposit.
