Rental Policy:
Tenant to pay 50% of rental amount due within 120 days of booking to lock in the rental contract. The balance of rent will be due no later than 90 days prior to arrival and will be payable in U.S. Dollars. If arrival date is less than 90 days from the date of reservation full payment, security deposit will be due at time of signing Rental Agreement.
Deposit for monthly rental:
Upon signing Rental Agreement, Tenant pays a security deposit in the amount of $800 Deposit/Security due at time of booking. Cleaning fee of $135 will be deducted from deposit at the end of lease.
