The fine print:
- monthly rent includes sales tax, utilities, internet, trash and lawn service
- Security deposit ($500), cleaning fee ($200) and 50% of the rent is due within 7 days of booking. Remaining rent is due within 60 days of rental.
- ask about multi-month, returning renter, or last minute booking discounts
- there is an additional, one time fee for approved pets
- guest IDs are free; there is an addition $50 charge for temporary resident IDs that cover two people for access to executive golf courses, recreation centers, discounts at other places including theaters, etc.
- there is no charge for additional guests
