Property Details

Our vacation home is located in the Village of Duval which is central to just about everything that is going on in The Villages. It includes a total of 1240 square feet of air-conditioned space as well as a lanai and garage that comfortably fits a car and a golf cart. The home sits on a maturely landscaped large corner lot that allows for privacy in the backyard.

The home is fully furnished and the floor plan includes a kitchen, living room/dining room (with vaulted ceilings), a private master bedroom suite with a full bathroom and walk-in closet, a 2nd bedroom, full bathroom, and den/office, separated from the rest of the home by a pocket door for privacy, and a lanai. The master suite contains a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a new Roman shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The den/office has a desk and sleeper sofa. The lanai is furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen has marble countertops as well as a breakfast counter and is fully equipped including small appliances (toaster, Keurig, blender, etc.).

The home includes hardwood floors throughout, with tile in the bathrooms, 4 flat screen smart televisions, high-speed internet, as well as full laundry facilities.

The rental includes a gas BBQ grill, a 2018 club car 2-seater gas powered golf cart with roadside assistance, a subscription to the Villages Daily Sun newspaper, Villages resident passes, all utilities (water, sewer, heat, A/C, electricity, internet access), sales tax, trash service, lawn service, landscaping, trimming, pest control services, and lawn fertilization.

Rental Policy: $1150 security deposit is due within 5 days of booking. 25% of rental feel is due within 10 days of booking, Full rental fee is due 60 days prior to occupancy or before. Note: All bookings made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full with a signed contract. No pets allowed on premise. No smoking anywhere on premise or in the golf cart. Prices include all taxes. Security deposit will be returned (less $150 cleaning fee) no later than 10 days after the end date of occupancy and following inspection of property. Owners need to be notified of guests (more than 2 people) and are only allowed with an additional fee of $100/night.
