Our designer home is available by the month or by the week in non-peak months. It features a roomy master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a master bath with a walk-in tiled shower.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Master and 2nd bedroom have queen beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and a desk with a computer monitor available.
We are located between Lake Sumter Landing (10 minutes by golf cart) and Brownwood Town Center (25 min by golf cart) and a short walk to the Largo or Bacall Pool & Rec Center. Colony Shopping Center, including Publix & restaurants, is a 10-minute golf cart ride. 2-seater golf cart, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn/pest service and Wi-Fi are included (differs for long term rentals). There are also two newer bikes available for your enjoyment.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 50yrs+.
Young visitors < 18 are allowed for a 30 day period.
