All payments must be in US funds.
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee will be subtracted from Deposit/Security

50% of full rental is due 45 days after booking
The balance of full rental amount is due 60 days before arrival.
In event of cancellation, the security deposit and payments will not be refunded. Only If owner can re-rent the unit for months cancelled will monthly fees be returned

Check in - 3 p.m. on the first day of the rental, check out -10 a.m. on last day of rental.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Price quote is for two (2) occupants - Second couple additional $500 per month, shorter stays no charge

Only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart. Any type of damage occurred to owners golf cart during rental period must be paid for by renter.

Keys, Garage door opener and gate pass supplied upon arrival.
Optional resident ID card, which is $50 payable to The Villages, is highly recommended. This allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident (Needed to golf, use pool and other sport facilities)
