INSIDE THE HOUSE
Our airy Gardenia Designer home has an open concept floor plan with the guest bedrooms and bath on the opposite side of the house from the master suite. Beautiful French doors in the living room open onto an inviting screened in/glassed in, air-conditioned Florida room.

The spacious main area flows between the kitchen, dining room and living room. Four comfortable leather stools make the countertop a fun place to eat, or to watch the chef at work. A breakfast nook for 4 overlooks the peaceful front yard. Beautiful original art throughout the house.

Kitchen: A chef's dream! All new stainless-steel appliances: side by side "smart" refrigerator/freezer with ice and water on one side and a special cold drink outside door on the other; "smart" gas stove with 2 ovens, middle griddle and ultra -heat; new dishwasher, new microwave.

Living room: 60" flat-screen TV, comfortable chair, love seat, ottomans, coffee and end tables, and large sofa with queen size Air Dream Ultra Sofa Sleeper with a wonderfully firm, comfortable mattress.

Master suite: French doors can be opened onto the Florida Room; bedroom has a Sleep By Number split King size bed, brand new bedding, large walk-in closet, 2 sinks in the en suite bathroom, private walk-in shower and toilet area.

Second bedroom: Queen size bed; separate bathroom with a great pressure shower and tub that it shares with the den/office.

Den/office/third bedroom: Overlooks the peaceful front yard; the sofa is a queen size Air Dream Ultra Sofa Sleeper with a wonderfully firm, comfortable mattress.

The open air front patio (225 sq. ft) has 2 comfortable rockers, grill, dining table and additional swivel/rocking chairs, perfect for a glass of wine as you watch the beautiful sunsets. Also has a back patio w/ swivel/rocking chairs.

RENTAL FEES (see Rates and Calendar on this site)
A Rental deposit of 25% of the total lease payment is due at time of booking
Florida Transient Rental Tax of 7% will be added to the rental fee
$1,000 Security deposit
A detailed cleaning fee of $140 will be deducted from the Security deposit, the remaining balance of which will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the home.

Monthly rental fees are based on double occupancy (2 adults).

Rental fees include trash removal, WiFi, cable TV, utilities, lawn and yard services.

For the comfort of our guests, this home is pet and smoke free.
