Property Details

Inside laundry, eat-in kitchen with appliances, (including coffee maker and Keurig), screened porch in front, and walk-in shower. It comes fully furnished, to include queen and king beds (all sheets and towels), flat screen TVs (Roku and xFinity high speed internet), TVs have some streaming channels and there is xFinity TV. Folding chairs that can be taken to the Squares to enjoy the nightly live music. It is about 15 minutes by golf cart to Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter Landing.

Arnold Palmer Championship golf course and country club are less than 5 minutes away. Southern Trace, a nearby shopping and dining area, includes Publix Grocery Store, CVS Pharmacy, Ace Hardware, various banks and eateries is about 3 minutes away. Nearby are The Villages Library, Polo Grounds, Savannah Performing Arts Center, etc. The Villages offers over 2,400 organized clubs with opportunities to meet new friends every day!

Rent includes all utilities, internet, lawn service and trash. Must sign Golf Cart contract, if applicable.

Rates INCLUDE 7% Florida tax. Reservation Deposit: 50% of total rental amount and $700 Security Deposit and is due 7 days from booking (installment option available for multi-month stays) and is only refundable if home is re-rented for the same period and rate. The balance remaining is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

The deposit is refundable 30 days after you vacate, less the cleaning fee. References may be required. No smoking is permitted on the premises. No pets.

Cleaning Fee: $200; Temporary Resident ID Cards (optional) $50.00.

The Resident IDs allow for the enjoyment of any of the amenities at the Villages, including free access to executive golf courses (reduced fees to championship courses), swimming, recreation centers, discounted movie tickets and more.

Unless other arrangements are made, check-in is at 4:00 pm on first day of rental/check-out at 9:00 am on the last day of rental.

September - $1,400 (Sept. 1, 2024 to Sept. 30, 2024)
October - $1,600 (Oct. 1, 2024 to Oct. 31, 2024)
November - $1,800 (Nov. 1, 2024 to Nov. 30, 2024)
December - $2,000 (Dec. 1, 2024 to Dec. 31, 2024)
December 2025 Weekly $600

Also, the Property is rented each JANUARY THROUGH MARCH by the same renter. Please do not contact about these months. Thank you.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
