The home is fully furnished for your comfort the living area includes a Leather Reclining Sofa, Reclining Loveseat and Reclining Chair and a 55" Smart TV. Home features a king size bed in the Master and queen size bed and TV for guests at the opposite end of the home. Kitchen appliances are Stainless Steel with a Gas Stove. Laundry includes a full-size stacking washer and dryer. Additional shelving has been added in the Master and Guest closets and there is a retractable workbench is in the garage.
Monthly rentals include Guest Passes needed for use of Villages amenities (access to Villages facilities, activities and executive golf courses) subscription to The DAILY SUN newspaper and utilities, basic cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash and lawn services. A Resident Pass is available for an additional $50 fee which is paid to The Villages when the pass is picked up.

Rental Policy: CHECK IN: 4:00 PM CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM on the last day of the lease TO ALLOW FOR THOROUGH CLEANING/SANITIZING. Keys for House & Golf Car & Gate Passes available upon arrival. We are firm about our NO SMOKING policy in and around the Villa and golf car.

1st payment is 1/2 of total rate listed above due along with signed contract within 10 days of booking.
Final payment: Balance of monthly rate payment due at least 45 days before occupancy along with the security deposit of $750.

Refunds on deposits are determined by the time which allows us to remarket and rent the property without loss of rent. Rental price is based on 2 adult occupants.

$175 Cleaning Fee is taken our of the Security Deposit after departure.
