Rental Policy:
$1,000 Non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of booking.
The full balance of rents will be due 60 days prior to your stay plus a $1,000 security deposit.
$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
7% Florida sales tax will be added to rental fees
If you are a monthly renter, anything over $200 for the gas and electric bill will be your responsibility.

Weekly rentals between May 1- August 31 and November 1- December 31 are possible pending availability.
Long term stays (6+ months) are welcome, pending availability.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
