The master Suite offers direct access to the Lanai, and the En-Suite Bath has a Spacious Walk-in Closet, Granite Counters with Sit-down Vanity and a Tiled Shower. The Guest Room has a full bath (with a Tub/Shower Combination and Granite Counters), making for a very comfortable private suite for your occasional guests. Security deposit less cleaning fee will be returned once property is inspected, this will be done within 10 days of departure.
The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55+ No children, pets or smoking please. The occasional stay of children is ok, but please check with the owners first.
January-March of 2022 is booked.

Please treat the home with respect - trash in the trash cans/bags, not in the potty!
Definitely no smoking inside the house or on the lanai. Any evidence of smoking will be subject to withholding of security deposit.
No illegal activity, including but not limited to illegal movie downloads.
Kindly observe quiet hours after 9:30pm, so as not to disturb neighbors.
Golf cart: no one under 21 years old may drive the cart. Must wear seatbelts and obey all traffic rules, including but not limited to only driving in golf-cart designated areas. Gas tank should be full, please return it full (fill up at golf cart gas station nearby).
There should be enough paper products such as paper towels, napkins, toilet tissue to get you through a few days, please either replace what you used or at a minimum, leave enough for the next guest.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis. No cats allowed due to owner being highly allergic. We screen pets as incoming tenants could have allergies.
