Temporary Resident IDs included with monthly rentals only. Temporary Resident IDs admits two residents to The Village amenities, such as recreation center classes, pools, and golf. Additional guests can obtain free guest passes once the temporary Resident IDs have been obtained.

Florida State sale tax (7%), utilities, High Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, lawn service are included.

Rental based on occupancy by 2 adults. Relatives or friends staying longer than 3 days-additional $100.00 per person, per week. Contract is due within seven (7) days of booking with $500.00 refundable security deposit + $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

The balance of the total rental amount must be paid ninety (90) days prior to the start of the rental.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
