This beautiful Villa located in the Village of De La Ramona is just waiting for your arrival, fully furnished with vaulted ceilings, eat in kitchen with newer appliances, it has the open floor plan in the living room/dining room with a very large flat screen TV, and Internet service. where you can enjoy relaxing in side-by-side couch recliners while watching TV. just beyond the Livingroom you have sliding glass doors that bring you out to cozy quiet Lania where you can enjoy reading while watching the golfers pass by. The master bedroom has a TV, king-sized bed, walk-in shower, double sinks and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a murphy bed when it is up it allows for enough room to be used as an office for those working from home. The guest bedroom has a tube/shower with a high toilet. The garage is a car and a half where you will also find a Yamaha gas golf cart that is included in the rental agreement. this is also where we have the washer/dryer located.
The courtyard is where you can enjoy outside fun there is a gas grill for you to use, comfortable seating, picnic table, umbrella and chairs. This is where you will also enjoy looking out at the golf course.

Rental Policy: Upon the signing of the rental agreement there will be a required reservation deposit which is part of the total rental fee. The balance of the rental fee will be due 90 days before your check in date.
There will also be a $500.00 Security deposit check due on your check-in day.
