The laundry has full-size washer and dryer. Bed linens, towels and starter paper supplies are provided for your convenience. All utilities, Wi-Fi, trash, lawn service are included. 4-seater gas Yamaha golf cart with roadside assistance is also included.

Rental Policies:
50% rental amount is due within 7 days of booking with signed rental agreement. Remaining 50% rental amount plus $750 security deposit is due 60 days before rental occupancy.
$175 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit after inspection of property following rental period.
Free Guest Passes will be provided for renters.
Temporary Resident ID's are available for $50 for two people.
No smoking, e-cigarettes, or pets.
