Monthly rental policy:
50% of Rent is due within 60 days prior to check-in; Balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
$750 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking. Deposit refunded no later than 15 days after check-out if no damage.
$200 non-refundable Cleaning Fee--deducted from Security deposit.
Agreement is for 2 occupants. Additional guests must be approved by the landlord and may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund of the Security Deposit, reservations must be canceled no later than 90 days prior to rental term. If reservation is canceled less than 90 days prior to rental term, and new tenants are found to cover the rental term, a full refund will be issued. If the reservation is canceled between 31 and 60 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. If new tenants can be found for the entire rental term, a full refund will be issued. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in, no refund will be issued unless new tenants can be found for the entire rental term. For any Rents received, there is no refund unless new tenants are found to cover the full rental term.
