6. The very convenient laundry area has shelves and cabinets inside the garage (also, a handy freestanding laundry tub) to provide more room in your living area.
7. A beautiful master bedroom features a new king size mattress, walk-in closet, ironing board/iron, new flat screen HDTV, dresser and end tables with lamps, ceiling fan, and walk-in shower in the attached master bath.
8. The guest bedroom (and/or office area) has a queen size bed, large corner desk, ceiling fan and large closet.

10.The garage (with new a belt-driven garage door opener and keypad) will accommodate your car and has a 2 passenger gas golf cart included as a courtesy. (It is available for your use based on a signed liability waiver. Approximately $500 per month value...included in rates.)
11.Towels, linens, blanket throws, 2 pool towels (bath sheets), new Hoover lightweight upright vacuum, hair blow dryer, 2 bag lawn chairs, and starter amounts of paper products, dish/hand soap, laundry/cleaning supplies are provided.

Absolutely NO smoking or pets in the house, garage or lanai.

*Yearly rental fees include all taxes, amenity fees, trash pick-up, pest control, and lawn services.
*Utilities, internet and cable are not included in annual rentals.
*Two (2) temporary resident Village ID cards ($50 value) are our welcoming gift to our YEARLY renters. These ID cards will give you access to the Villages facilities (swimming pools, recreation centers, reduced rates on executive/championship golf courses, activities and all movie theaters).

Rental Policy:
*50% of first month's rent, $750 security deposit, signed RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOLF CART LIABILITY WAIVER are needed to secure your reservation and is due within 7 days of booking.
*Balance of first month's rent is due 45 days before occupancy.
*$125 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit prior to refunding.

Cancellation Policy:
*In the event of a cancellation, your rental deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date and re-rented by the owner for the same dates cancelled.
