$750 Deposit/Security due within 30 days of booking. !st monthly balance due within 7 days of occupancy, or forfeit deposit.

Additional guests may stay for $100/month per guest.
Although utilities are provided, renters are responsible for excess usage exceeding 15% of the owners highest monthly bill.

All keys, garage door openers, gate passes must be turned in before departure. Cost of replacing lost or damaged items will be charged to the Renter.
Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after you vacate the premises without damage or missing items.
Check-in time is 3 PM on the first day of the lease. Check out time is 11 AM on the last day of the lease.
For an additional fee of $50 (optional) a temporary resident card can be obtained for amenity privileges. Allows use of pools, recreation areas and golf on all Executive Courses for free or reduced prices, and 9 championship courses at reduced rates. Must arrange guest passes with owner 7-days in advance of your arrival.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time (<30 days) periods.
