I've read a lot of these rental descriptions and they're just too wordy. I will be brief. Between the short description above and the photos you pretty much have all the info you need. The Villa does have an inside laundry room (not out in the garage) and a garage suitable for one full size automobile and a golf cart. The Villa is fully furnished with everything you need (including golf cart) and is ready to go.

It has a screened in lanai and a fenced in back yard. Our prices are well below market. Our Villa represents a solid value for you. That's why it rents so quickly. And the neighbors are SO nice. You'll make friends easily.

Ours is a pet free, smoking free villa.

Rates for 2022 and beyond:
We really prefer to rent year 'round. Twelve month contract. But we will consider renting this fine villa for no less than 6 months at a time. There are some very attractive pricing incentives for those who can commit to an extended stay. If this suits you please contact me via email through this website for pricing and details.

Depending upon the 6 months you choose monthly rates will be in the $2000 to $3000+ range.

Property taxes, high speed internet, trash removal and amenities fees are included. You would pay only for electricity and cable TV should you choose to install it.

Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security due at booking.
$500 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
