These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom which is also accessible from the living room.

There are 2 wonderful screen rooms and a Florida room. The Florida room opens to the screen room. This affords a very large outdoor area to relax in. There is a grill that can be used outdoors but is housed in the screen room. There is also a front screen room that overlooks the front yard.

Village ID is optional and allows you to use any of the 42 Executive golf courses. There are also Championship courses. There is so much to do in the Villages: swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiard tables, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, to name a few. You may also check out over 1,000 organized activities every week throughout the recreational centers.

The lease is for 2 people. Additional charges for 2 people more than 3 nights will apply.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
January- March is $3,850/month
April - December is $3,600/month

There is a $500 deposit which is returned if the property is left in the same condition as when you rented it. There is a $150 cleaning fee.
WE, the owners, pay the 7% state tax, so it is included in your rent, not an additional fee.
Your lease will be delivered to you upon agreement to rent. Upon signing your lease, depending on the time of signing usually 50% is due unless the lease is signed near occupancy. .
I do have a Meet and Greet company. They will answer any questions about the property or the Villages. That contact information will be shared as you approach your lease time.
There is a 2 seater golf cart for your use while staying at our house. To get your Temporary ID passes: should you wish to use the Championship Golf Courses, pool, etc., you will need to provide me with your full name, home address and contact information. After submission you must pick those passes up at the Villages Sales Office in Sumter Landing. The Villages charge is $50/house, whether you get 1 or 2. They limit it to 2 per house. You must have a photo ID to pick up your passes from the Village Sales Office.
