With our gas Golf Cart included, much of The Villages can be reached in minutes, where golf, recreation centers, shops, restaurants, movies, grocery stores and The Villages Information Centers are found. Currently, three town squares and two other venues each feature nightly free live concerts and dancing. Escape winter and go outdoors! Go for a swim at the Tamarind Grove or St. James adult only heated pools or at the Sterling Heights family pool that each are only a short golf cart ride away. Dozens of golf courses can be reached within 2 to 15 minutes. Not a golfer? Visit recreation centers nearby at Seabreeze or Eisenhower, which feature sports pools, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce, billiards and other fitness and creative activities. In The Villages, a golf cart is all that is needed to reach most of the places you want to visit.

Inside our home is a comfortable Master Bedroom with a queen size mattress and bedding and flat screen TV overlooking the private back yard, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower. The glass enclosed Florida room has a sofa bed with air mattress. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The living room has seating for up to six with two power recliners in the sofa. Direct TV Special Package which includes ESPN and Golf channels and high speed WIFI internet service are provided.

Sales taxes on short-term rentals, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service are included.

Rental Policy: This Villa is smoke free for the comfort of our guests. Pets are welcome, but limited to no more than two small pets. Rent based on 1 to 4 person occupancy. Other short term guests are welcome.

Reservation Deposit: 20% of the total rental amount is due 7 days from booking. Booking deposits are refundable only if the home is able to be re-rented. A $500 security deposit and the remaining 80% rental amount owed is due 30 days before your stay or at time of booking if lease is executed within 30 days of stay. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure provided there is no damage.

We recommend that renters investigate and obtain vacation insurance to assist in unplanned cancellations.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods and family activities are provided.
