Rental Policy:
Rent is based on a 2 person occupancy. Additional occupancy will be $100.00 per month per person. Maximum of 2 extra people.
January thru March ( 3 Month minimum )
$850.00 Security deposit due within 10 days of booking.
Deposit returned within 14 days of end of occupancy if no damage has incurred.
Also, 25% of rental fee (Booking Deposit) due within 10 days of booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
Booking deposits only refundable if property is rented for dates reserved.
$150.00 Cleaning Fee
Check in is 4pm 1st day of month. (sooner if villa is ready)
Check out is 10am last day of month.


$50.00 Village ID's Additional. Paid to The Villages
No smoking allowed on premises or in golf cart.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
