Cancellation policy: Cancellation with 61 or more days before start date, full refund of deposit without interest.
Cancellations 60 days or less before start date, full amount will be forfeited unless another renter is secured by landlord.
If the new rental mount if less than cancelled lease the shortage will be deducted from the refund.
The available activities within The Villages is at the discretion of The Villages management and not landlord.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
