Paradise Found is our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Courtyard Villa, centrally located in the village of Sabal Chase. This turn key, fully furnished home places you close to Sumter Landing and somewhat equal distance between the Spanish Springs and Brownwood town squares. All furnishings are high end solid wood along with wood designed tile flooring throughout for a super clean living environment. Upon entering the home you'll notice the wide open spaciousness with a view from the large kitchen through the dining and living area out onto the patio. The master bedroom offers a King Size bed along with private master bath and TV. There is also a 60" Smart TV in the living room area with free wifi internet service. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are appointed with Queen size beds for the occasional overnight visitor. Remember that this is an Adult Community so no long term stays from children. The kitchen offers a full compliment of appliances inclusive of a natural gas oven for those chefs out there. Dining can be done either at the kitchen counter with counter height bar stools or at the more formal dining table. There is also an extended covered furnished patio area as well as a propane gas bbq grill. Included with the rental is the use of a gas powered Golf Cart. Temporary Villages I.D. cards are included. NO PETS

Three month minimum (January, February, March). All other on a monthly basis.
Utilities, wifi, internet, cable TV and trash pick up are included.
Rental Policy: $1,000.00 Deposit/Security due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Refund Policy: Full Refund With Minimum 60 Day Notice Prior To 1st Day Of Scheduled Occupancy.
No Refund Within 60 Days Of The 1st Day Of Scheduled Occupancy.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
