The main room features a living room with two leather recliners, a sofa, end and center tables, plus a TV console with 43" flat screen TV and DVD player. Next is the formal dinning room with setting for 4 people.
A glass enclosed lanai with ac/heat and tile floor. A love seat couch and chairs are part of the amenity for this extra room. A 1 1/2 car garage with utility sink.

Rental Policy
All payments must be in US funds
$750 Deposit/Security is due within 7 days of booking. $150 Cleaning Fee will be subtracted from Deposit/Security
50% of full rental is due 15 days after booking
The balance of full rental amount, is due 90 days before arrival
In the event of cancellation, the security deposit will not be refunded. For the rental fee, a refund will be made, ONLY If owner can re-rent the unit for months cancelled
Check in - 3 p.m. on the first day of the rental, check out is 10 a.m. on last day of rental
No smoking/Vaping and No pets allowed.
Price quote is for a maximum of two (2) occupants - Second couple or individual additional $350 per week (4 to 7 days), shorter stays (less than 4 days) no charge. In any case, you MUST register additional occupants with property owner, before arriving.
Optional Resident ID card, which is $50 payable to The Villages, is highly recommended. This allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident (needed to play golf, use pools and other sport facilities). If you are renting for two or more consecutive months, this Resident ID card is included in your monthly rent.
All utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, lawn service and pest control are all included.
Keys, Garage door opener and gate pass supplied upon arrival. If garage opener and or gate pass are lost $100 for each will be deducted from your security deposit.
Owner live in the area, in case of any emergency with the rental unit.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
