These centers provide access to pools, softball fields, multi-purpose field, pickleball, basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, corn toss, remote control car/boat courses, and a variety of activities including games, fitness classes, art activities, etc. You will have access to more than 15 miles of scenic pathways for walking and biking.

Take in the beauty of quiet trails among the moss-covered oak trees and native wildlife. If you are a golfer, Marsh View Pitch n Putt and the Lowlands executive golf courses are nearby. You will also have access to all the other golf courses in The Villages. (Tenant is responsible for obtaining and paying for temporary resident IDs.) You will be within a short walk to the new Magnolia Plaza with grocery shopping, dining as well as other shops. Edna's on the Green is located near the Cattail Recreation Center. It features an open-air bar and seating, food, and live music. Brownwood Paddock Town Square with lots of shopping and restaurants is a fun golf car (20 minutes) or street car (5 minutes) drive.

Rates include Florida tax, water, trash removal, high-speed internet, TV streaming service, electric, gas, lawn and pesticide service, and amenity fees.

Rental Policy: A reservation deposit of 50% of the total rent and a $1000 security deposit (plus a $225 non-refundable cleaning fee) are due within 14 days of booking, along with a signed agreement. The remaining rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.

If reserved within 60 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be due at the time of booking. Booking deposits and final payments are only refundable if the property is re-rented for the same period at the same rate. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of tenant; departure and a satisfactory inspection of the home. The deposit will be returned in full (minus the $225 cleaning fee) if all gate passes, mailbox keys, and garage door openers are returned, if there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and if deep cleaning is not required. Golf Car is available for use with an additional signed agreement.

Check-in and check-out times are flexible. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
