It is also close to the Riverbend Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards tables, card & game rooms, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. At the Everglades Regional Recreation center is the sports pool, one can take part in organized swimming such as water aerobics, lap swimming and water volleyball or enjoy the arts & crafts room whenever the creative urge strikes. Publix is nearby in the Magnolia Plaza shopping center, with a new 7-11, which has a gas station!

I bought this beautiful, very private, villa to enjoy when its not rented, but I also want to share that joy with you. There are great amenities in Monarch Grove and everything feels new as this is in the up and coming area not far from Sawgrass and Eastport. Brownwood is a beautiful golf cart drive away as is Sawgrass for evening entertainment and great restaurants and shops. This is the best place to be in the southern part of The Villages.

Rental Policy:
* $1000 Security Deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The security deposit is refundable up until 30 days before check-in. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure.
* The rental rate is based on double occupancy.
* $150 extra for each additional guest per week.
* A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be deducted from the security deposit when you leave if you stay for more than a month, or $175 if you stay for a month.
* There is no cleaning service and tenants are required to keep the premises clean and free from debris and any food source that may attract pests.
* Lawn service is provided.
* Check in is after 3:00 PM on arrival day and departure is at or before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
* You are required to relax and enjoy yourselves. Its another beautiful day in The Villages!

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are available in the area. Check with the regional recreation centers.
