You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You are also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

RENTAL POLICY:
$500.00 security deposit. $150 Cleaning Fee & $50 Residential ID for two. Additional occupants $15 per person per night. A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental amount (including $500 deposit) is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 90 days prior to check-in, the total amount will be due immediately. This is a smoke free and no pet home. Security deposit is refundable within 30 days after the day of departure & a satisfactory inspection of the home. Deposit will be returned in full if, upon inspection of the home by housekeeping, garage door opener & keys are accounted for, no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and there is no additional need for a deep clean of home. Check-in time is 4:00 pm on first day of month. Check-out time is 9 am on last day of month. Housekeeping arrives at 9:30 AM on day of departure.

RATES: are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates will apply. Plus 7% County tax on rentals less than 6 months and one day. Multiple month rentals are available at a discount depending on season. Weekly rates are available off season - please inquire.

Utilities, cable TV, internet, trash & lawn service are included. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
